I have an iMac which I have been synching the iPhone to for a while now.

I now have a Macbook.

If I connect the iPhone to the macbook (as there are no contacts or music etc on the Macbook) will it wipe the iPhone?

Whats the best thing to do?

Im considering MM but not sure if its worth the money.

I use IMAP to be in sync for my mail, so I would be paying for calendar and contact sync as I prob wouldnt use the web site/gallery.

Can you connect your phone to both Macs using MM without wiping the music off the phone?

Is there a way to get music (in iTunes) on both Macs (not using a shared drive)?

i think the iphone can only be attached to one computer at a time. correct me if i'm wrong, but have u tried manage your music and video manually so it doesn't get wiped out.

Not tried manually. Im not sure what files I would need to copy from machine a to machine b.
