My first reaction was a high five Olga sort of amusement but in actuality that could have been rather awful, certainly creepy.

I was just thinking that if the genders were reversed how different our reactions may be. Rape, the other buzzkill.

I return you to the lightheartedness of this thread.

+1
He shouldn't have been robbing the place, but I can't reconcile the punishment for robbery with 3 days of kidnapping, imprisonment, sexual abuse and rape that ended up with a torn frenulum for the guy.
As iBlue says, if the roles had been reversed I wouldn't expect much schoolboy humor towards a woman in that situation...

Well what is a thread without pictures?

In Russian, mind, so get those Google Language Tools ready.
Although what you make of this is anyone's guess:
Robbers came to her and what was more, he does not even understand. Holder of the yellow zone, mature blow hit the bandits in the solar plexus, made a seizure, and moved through itself. And then spokoyo connect the wire from the dizzy man hairdryer, pushed gag in his mouth, and characterized in podsobku.
All continue to work, now the police will come, - encourage Ol'ga frozen in amazement witness her triumph.
;)

... there's two pictures in that article, and both draw opposite reactions.

Is she the rapist?

If so, then I feel for the man. That must be traumatic.

But is the rapist is this chick:

Then no wonder he was so easily viagra'd - his gun was probably up before he drew his another one.

While that might be true, it wouldn't have happened had he not been there trying to rob the place.

Clearly.

Everybody knows that rape victims put themselves in that position by their actions. That woman with the short skirt? If she hadn't worn it, she would have been fine. The jogger? Her fault for going running by herself.

The double standard in this thread is nausiating.

Well, do excuse me.

Whatever happened to the guy, be it rape, a good beating, or whatever, it wouldn't have happened had he not been trying to rob the place. That's all I'm saying.

You commit a crime, all sympathy vanishes from view when one happens right back at you.

I do have some sympathy for the guy. He's going to go to prison where he will instantly be "that guy who got raped by a hairdresser"!

We share a point, but just to play devil's advocate, wearing a short skirt and jogging alone are not crimes.

In most western countries at least. I imagine the short skirt thing may well be illegal in some Muslim states...

Yeah, well... uh, who understands those Muslim states anyway? I mean, those women pretty much had it coming with that XX chromosome. </very tongue in cheek>

Put that in blue text immediately. :p

Not really though.

If she tried to rob the store, and the guy raped her, I wouldn't feel more or less sympathy than I would for her than for him.

He was robbing her. The two crimes may not be related whatsoever, but I'd still feel less bad for a guy or girl who was just walking down the street in a short skirt.

WHHHHHATTTT?

Rape is a suitable punishment for attempted robbery? That's just lovely.

Ya I don't buy that either. 2 crimes were committed. The robbery and the rape. They both have to pay the price for their actions.

My votes for a little Death Wish action.

It's not a "suitable punishment". There again it's not like he was just plodding along minding his own business, then was suddenly attacked.

He was committing a crime, then had a crime committed against him. There for, whatever it is, I care a lot less.

Almost as bad as the stupid criminals who go in after someone/something, do something stupid to hurt themselves badly and turn around and sue the victim.

Darn it, you took my gun away from me and broke my penis with your sweaty nude body... repeatedly.

Still like the idiots who call the police because the crack dealer stole their money.

Of course, how many sick people on this site would pay for that type of weekend romp...

Sound like something from Battlestar Galactica. Something a Hybrid would say. :p

“Yes, we had sex a couple of times. But I’ve bought him new jeans, gave him food and even gave him 1,000 roubles when he left.”

I don't think he has much to complain about... :D

I worked in a car repair place. One day a previous customer came back and complained that her fur-lined handcuffs were missing from her car. The boss talked to the most likely culprit and he handed them over. She left happy and remained a good customer.

I always admired her for her courage to come into a shop full of men and not be embarrassed. They were nice cuffs.
