iPod Rusting underneath my Invisible Shield?

I haven't used my iPod Classic for around a month. I picked it up today and noticed two rust spots underneath my Invisible Shield. Does my free 1 year Apple Care warranty cover this problem or do I have to get on the phone and cuss out ZAGG?

I can't see that... But what I suspect that there was water left between the shield and the iPod, which made rust. So, actually that is your own fault.
Things you could do:

Remove shield, and go to Apple and say it "suddenly" begin to rust.
Or call up Zagg, I don't know what to do with them.
