I've got an old RX620 All in one . I wonder if anyone knows or has used an app that is suitable for an iPhone 6s Plus to print from please .?

You'd need to purchase a newer printer with AirPrint technology. Only canon released firmware updates to enable certain older printers to print with AirPrint.
