Is there a sleep mode or is it based off of your general movement? Is this a 3rd party app?
At first I used Heartwatch for sleep tracking with its manual start/stop. Then I got Autosleep by the same developer. Now I don't think about it and it accurately catches my starts and stops. It even recognizes a 30 min nap if I drift off during a football game on the recliner. Good stuff.
