4.2.3 showed in AW app on iPX b4 I updated IOS on iPhone last night.

after IOS update install, the red dot shows on AW app, but when I go thru AW General to begin update, app spins “checking for update” and can’t find one.

Power down the Apple Watch and power back on, then try searching for the update again. You can also try a re-pair and determine if that will initiate the update.

Be careful with running betas on the watch. If the beta borks your watch, (which can happen) you may have to send it off to Apple.

RP gave some good suggestions.

4.2.3 not a beta as of Monday’s release. No betas for a year past for me as the so-called “finished” updates are poor enuf. Ecosystem no longer reliably “just works.”

did find update after restarting just the watch. happy with that.
