S4 Charging Issue

So i picked up a Series 4 today and I have an issue with trying to charge it. When I connect it to the charger, the green lightning bolt shows up as expected but the battery percentage never increases (in fact it decreases).

I had this issue with my first S4. Sometimes it would charge and other times it wouldn’t. I did get return it and buy a new one...I am not sure it this has solved the issue or not. My watch and puck would also get warm while not charging. Supposedly this was an issue with 5.0. Have you updated to 5.0.1 yet? If not, try that. The update did not fix the issue for me.
