I keep getting this sad iPhone crap, is this only when you jailbreak your iPhone? or is this for ALL iPhones?

Maybe his springboard is crashing. You might provide a few more details and my suspicion is you'll want to search the iPhone Hacks forum.

My iPhone is sad mainly just because I've been ignoring her and playing with the iPad lately.. What have you done to hurt your phone's feelings?

It's safe-mode. You installed something in Cydia that's screwing with your home screen. Safe mode is there so you can launch Cydia and uninstall what you think might be the culprit and then reboot or respring to see if everything's normal again.

    Wirelessly posted (iPhone 3GS (JB3.1, unlocked): Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7D11 Safari/528.16)

I keep booting into safe mode as well. I haven't bothered sorting it out because it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal ...
