Literally all of a sudden, Safari 10.1 has been consuming 200-300% processor and 50-60GB of RAM. Even with no tabs opened and extensions disabled. I've rebooted, deleted caches, deleted plugins to no avail. When I boot in safe mode, it runs normally. It's making my computer unusable. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Etrecheck and/or Malwarebytes. Get each one from its original developer's site, not a secondary site like cnet.

If you run Etrecheck, post the list of what it tells you.

I ran EtreCheck and it saved the day! I had spent so many hours troubleshooting but EtreCheck revealed issues with GoToMeeting and DNSCrypt, which I haven't used in a long time. I went through and tried to root out any remaining files from the Library and, luckily, that seems to have done that trick.
