Safari 15 Sessions Work Differently

I've noticed that your sessions are no longer saved under the file LastSession.plist. Does anyone know where this is saved now?

I like to be able to occasionally go to a blank session and save the previous one so I can return to it, which I did by deleting/restoring that file. Any idea how it works now?
