It already has come out, but only for those who update leopard to 10.5.2 - but there is a major delay issue popping up here and there... And for the general public? hes right, ask apple

It's already out???? I have updated to 10.5.2 but don't see Safari as being 3.1. Are you guys talking about something else?

It's for ADC members. The latest beta version was released on Feb. 15th.

actually, why wait for apple's slow progress? when you can use webkit nightly? stable enough, and bleeding edge..🙂

or… a quick search on a pirate-themed website revealed the beta. Since it's free software, I don't really consider that piracy 🙄
