Safari 3 beta

I want to download the new Safari but it wont let me. i have mac osx 10.4.10 any thoughts? is it worth it to download?

What happens when you try to download it?

Yes, I think it's worth it. I've been using it as my primary browser for months now with very few problems and several nice features.

Do you have Safari 2 installed and in your Applications folder?

version 2.0.4 and ya its in the applications

And is your Safari 2 app titled "Safari"?

I've seen more than a handful of people with this exact problem, and the reason has always been that they had either renamed Safari 2, had moved it into a subfolder within Applications, or had moved it somewhere else entirely.

If it's not one of those things, I'm at a loss...sorry.
