Safari 3 crashes everytime i try to open it

I installed the newest version of the beta, and it will not open. The icon bounces in the dock and the it crashes before a window opens. Any idea what the problem is?

1. Open Disk Utility -> Select your HD -> Repair disk permissions

Try restarting if that does not work...
