well leopard is out... so where is the update for Safari 3 ?

i imagine that it isn't beta anymore.

i guess i have one more excuse to upgrade to 10.5 😀

Yeah, I'm hoping that, as Safari 3 is a free Windows product, it will not require Leopard on OS X for those of us who do not immediately upgrade.

i can't see Apple leaving all the 10.4 users running the beta, however considering some of the decisions they have made lately regarding who is entitled to use certain bits of software I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be the case here.

my guess would be that they will release it with the 10.4.11 update.

That would be a good resolution. I can't totally put it past them however to just have the beta expire and say you should get Leopard. 🙄
