Safari 3 on MBP

How do I import my bookmarks from Firefox to Safari 3 on my MBP? When I select the "import" option, it opens a Finder window where i need to select the bookmark file...I guess?

Where would this bookmark file be located? I have no idea. I'd love to use Safari 3, but I have a ton of bookmarks that need to first be moved over from Firefox.

Not very obvious:

/youraccount/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/'something'.default/bookmarks.html
