Safari 4 beta -coverflow not working in Windows?

I read the entire thread from the main story and couldn't find a definitive answer on this.
The square toolbar icon doesn't even show up on my XP machine. I've looked under all of the rocks...

I'll answer my own question... 🙂
A DX9 video card is required. My test machine at work today had an old DX7 card.

I was confused too. Without DX9 hardware, the feature is disabled. The actual toolbar icon is unavailable.
