Safari 4 import bookmarks?

I haven't seen a way to import bookmarks from.....
If you know or find it, I'd appreciate it.

on a side note, my tabs in safari are at the top..whats this i hear with them being on bottom

I found it.
Have to open BOOKMARKS, then copy from imported Firefox bookmarks.
