HI everybody!

Just made a fresh install on my mbp to 10.7.2 and saw the new "backward" in safari (which looks very similar to ibooks, if I switch to a new page on my iphone); actually it looks very great!

Then I made an update for my other macbook, but there it doesn't seems to be that feature activated.. what can I do to get it working there too?

Thanks 😉

I’m really happy for you that you found happiness 🙂

However, you’re a few months late to the party.

Greetings.

why do I don't have this feature? if i create a new account, there it works, but it doesn't work with my account... any help?

I completely missed your question. My sincere apologies.

What year is your Macbook? In preferences, under "trackpad" do you have the “Swipe between pages”? This is what causes the swipe animation is Safari/PReview, etc.

If your Macbook trackpad doesn’t support (certain) multitouch gestures then it won’t work.

If the function is not enabled, you will simply trigger the old 3 finger swipe, which only has the back command with no animation
