so far i haven't found any option and have been thoroughly through all preferences, menus, and the safari preference plist. hopefully there will be some options in the final release.

Yeah, me either. Thanks, let me know if you do find anything. I really like using the fullscreen with the new gestures to switch between fullscreen apps, but really want my bookmarks to always be visible.

yea i would also like to be able see my tabs. getting used to using ctrl+tab but would still like to be able to click on them easily.

yep but you must be in fullscreen mode first doing this.

CMD+SHIFT+B after entering fullscreen. Stays visible all the time
