Safari 7.0.6 pop up

MacBook Air, OS 10.9.4, Safari 7.0.6

I have downloaded all the Safari pop-up blocker extensions, and still can't get rid of pop up windows at all. (for example while watching videos on tube plus). How can I stop this?
 
Have you installed any applications recently about the time this started? You may have unknowingly installed some adware along with an app install.

Try running this adware removal tool and see what it finds.
