I just updated to Mavericks and now I've got an Internet Explorer button suddenly showing-up in my Safari tool bar. Where on earth did that come from? I googled it and don't see any references to this being a new feature in Safari. I also can't imagine it being bloat-ware since I'm extremely diligent in unchecking any toolbar add-ons when I install new software. Am I going crazy, or is this just a new feature of Safari? (When I hover over the new IE button, it says "Open current page in Internet Explorer")

Do you or did you happen to have Parallels installed?

Yes; just updated to Parallels 8 so I could install Mavericks. I had no idea that was a default feature of the new Parallels; thanks so much for the answer! It's just been a LONG time since Internet Explorer was released for Mac so I was really stumped.
