I tried researching this problem on the forums but did not find much on the subject but recently in the past month or so my safari has turned to crap. On a given day it freezes up on my 5-10 times. Anyone else having these same issues?

Try doing a Spotlight search for Safari. Open up spotlight window by clicking "Show All" and then delete everything associated with safari, except your bookmarks/application itself/plugins. Do that by simply dragging and dropping the files in the trash. The files will still appear there until you actually empty the trash. Hope this helps.
