I had used OS X Lion before, and i had encountered crash in Safari whenever i tried to open a new tab..Some suggest me to upgrade Mountain Lion to fix the problem so i did..But now in Mountain Lion,im still facing the same problem and it become often..i'd tried to Reset Safari> Reset website data..but it is still happening..Any solution guys?

Found this on the Apple Discussions:

"Quit Safari if it's open then open the Finder.

From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder

Type or copy / paste: ~/LIbrary/Caches/com.apple.Safari

Click Go then move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash, empty the Trash.

Try Safari.

If that doesn't help, try Safari in another user account. If Safari crashes there, that can be an indication that the startup disk needs repairing.

For that you need Mountain Lion Recovery"

In your Safari preferences->General, what are new tabs set to open with? You can set it to open Top Sites, Home Page, Empty Page, Same Page, or Bookmarks. Try Empty Page instead of whatever you have it set to and see if the issue persists.
