safari and storage info

So I'm running Lion, interesting so far...

one thing i want to know, how do i stop applications to continue on where they left off? each time I turn on safari it opens it up to last page i was in, instead of my homepage.

also after installing lion, does it delete the setup file? or do i have to locate it and delete it on my own?

Quit the app using option-command-q

or change the preference. System preferences -> General, Restore windows when quitting.

Applications updated to use the new Lion API will do this. For now this is mainly Apple apps and some new releases.

The installer is deleted after installation.
