Safari as ftp:// handler

Hello

Everytime I click on a ftp:// link in Safari, MacOSX opens Firefox (2.0.0.3). Typing the URL manually, works fine.
I've already changed the LSHandlerURLScheme (in com.apple.LaunchServices.plist) to ftp using the Properties File Editor. Afterwards, I logged out and in. But no change.

Any ideas?

Safari as an FTP client is not so strong. Does Firefox work for you? CyberDuck is very good and it has the added advantage of being free! Although, if you like it you should pay up some beer money.

I don't care about uploads for the moment. Safari would work for me.
