Safari AutoFill... cutoff switch?

there is nothing i hate more than safari auto fill.
i filled out a form once and now i cant figure out how to change it or turn it off.
that first form i filled out incorrectly so now autofill thinks i live in NYC, Michigan.
is there an off switch?
