Resolved Safari Autofill issue

How to get the autofill user id and passwords as it was doing before?
I tried to get the settings in System Settings to stay in Autofill but it doesn’t work and as soon as I get out of the pref , it turns itself off
Sequoia 15.7.3 Safari 18.6

I updated to Safari 26.2 but I still have the same issues, plus Safari password tab has disappeared from Safari settings
Reinstalled Safari and now everything works!

Is there a simple method to reinstall Safari and keeping all its settings?

Install the pkg again.

Or install the system again if it's the version that came with the system.
