For some reason my Safari app on my macbook will not open, it opens but will not respond to anything. I just get the spinning beach ball and the page stays white. This happened out of no where. I am running the new safari beta.


Question is this; if I delete Safari and then re-load Safari on my macbook and then plug in my iPhone will all my bookmarks on my iPhone get deleted?
 
I am not sure what the answer to your question is. However, one way to avoid that from happening is to go to File/Export Bookmarks. This will save a list of your bookmarks then when you reinstall Safari you can import them by going to File/Import Bookmarks.
 
File/Export bookmarks, in Safari? Unfortunately I cannot do anything in Safari as when I attempt to open it up all I get is the spinning beach ball.
 
Just backup the following file from your MacBook:
~/Library/Safari/Bookmarks.plist

Restore it (if needed) after re-installing Safari.
 
Ah well since you cannot open Safari without it locking up on you then simply do what ^^^ said. That should take care of your problem.
