Safari Bookmarks gone

After updating to iOS 6 all of my safari bookmarks have gone. I'm not sure it's an iCloud syncing issue or what, all I know is that it is very annoying.

Has anyone else found this? Is is a known bug, and is there a fix?

I had this but later on in the day they reappeared. Guess they had to be updated from the cloud in their own time.
