whenever I click safari the Internet will stop and just go back to the home screen. Also i think my touch isn't working as well as when I got it

Yes, a lot of people (including myself) are reporting Safari cashes. You should try a reset to fix your touch screen as well (pressing standby button and home button simultaneously). That's been shown to restore the touch functionality.

Yah safari has crashed on me to the home screen a few times. I'm sure it will be addressed in future updates.
