Safari browser windows refreshing again when opening

Not sure if others have seen this problem
but after jailbreaking safari windows now go back to the old way of refreshing every once in a while when opening safari. Before the jailbreak I never had this issue.

Anyone else experience this?

This happens occasionally even without jailbreaking, if you've got lots of apps backgrounded. You may be seeing it more because your jailbreak apps are taking up extra memory.

I have never seen this pre jailbreak. And it just happened again with one browser window open and 4 apps in the background. Something is wrong...
