Whenever I go to use any type of form for uploading files. IE attachment manager on these forums or any other site(yousendit) safari gives a error:
Safari can’t open the page.
Safari can’t open the page “http://att.macrumors.com/newattachment.php?do=manageattach&p=”. The error was: “POSIX error: Invalid argument” (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:22) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

This error appears everytime I try to upload. Anyone else have the problem? Its annoying having to use firefox to do any uploading. Any ideas? I am on 10.4.8 on the system in the sig.

I believe this is caused by an inability to write to Safari's cache folder. Do you have any third-party Safari tweakers like Safari Enhancer enabled? If so, try turning off options that would deactivate your cache.

Also, check the folder <your user name>/Library/Caches/Safari and make sure you have Read & Write privileges for it.

O I have caching disabled. It just seems faster without caching as I am on a high speed connection. Thanks I will turn it back on when i get a chance I am just stepping out.:D
