Safari changing what I Type

Several times now Safari keeps changing what I type in the search bar. It will not let me enter capital letters no matter how many times I try.
Is there a setting somewhere I need to change? If I can’t correct this I’ll have to use a different browser as it’s getting really irritating now!

Try Settings > General > Keyboard, turn off Auto-Correction and Auto-Capitalization
and Settings > Apps > Safari, turn off Search Engine Suggestions and Safari Suggestions

The above is for permanent change which u may not want. As u finish entering the word and ready for the next word, stop, click on the first suggestion given, the leftmost one enclosed in quotation marks, this tells the phone use word exactly as you entered.
