Safari Cookie/Cache/Maintenance App

I had to uninstall Intego's NetBarrier software because it was preventing me from accessing the Apple Government purchase store. Can anyone suggest another application that can clear cookies, caches, etc. from Safari, OmniWeb, IE, etc?
