Safari Copy Paste Bug

Copy an address of a Safari tab from the address bar or from the share button.
Paste in address bar to confirm link is copied.
Switch to a tab that reloads the page it was on.
Paste in address bar to confirm link is still in clipboard.
Select a text box in the web page.
Paste in text box.

For me, it pastes an order number I copied earlier from Notes.

Paste in address bar and it pastes the order number.

Copy and paste is just a mess in general. It's hard to believe they couldn't catch bugs like this. Apple should really open up their ios betas to the public, because the developers as a group are not doing their job.
