Safari crashes A LOT since I have Lion?

Is this a common thing to happen in Lion? This is the 100th time I have to force Quit Safari, because it freezes. Other times it just closes by itself.

Is there any way to prevent this? Fix this?

Are there any crash logs in the console app?

I don't have to force quit often, but it does often freeze up for about a minute or so A LOT. Or, a page will stop loading for no reason, then I click on another open tab, and it'll say it needs to reload the page. It does that A LOT. I hope that they fix this problem soon.
