What does this error mean, I have gotten it about 4 times today already...

I haven't gotten that message, but safari kept crashing on me. when it crashes click the little "try again" button, that worked for me.
 
My Safari absolutely refuses to open now in Tiger... I think Apple has some serious issues to address. 🙁
