Safari documents and data

My Safari is showing over 1 GB of data under documents and data. Anyone know how to clear this out? Have tried everything including rebooting the phone.

How is everyone else’s Safari? You can find the data under settings, general, iPhone storage.

Settings > Safari > Clear history and website data
