Safari donwload item issue

My safari has from the beginning set to download files to a specific folder.
Since 10 minutes ago i cannot download any files to this specific folder because a message pop up and says that there is not enough space, try to delete some files. There is not such thing, i have almost 450GB free space and i try to download even a file that has 1 MB, same message appear.

If i change the destination folder,everything goes well.

what i have done? i have to do something? i try to even stop the time machine.
 
i found the solution on my own...this folder i tried to share it..but i put for myself included "read only" I suppose that was the problem
