Safari Download Manager duplicate files

Mine sometimes saves two files, one in /var/mobile/media/downloads and also in /var/mobile/documents. This happening to anyone else?
 
Yep it's an annoying little bug it only happens when you choose the open in ifile option if you just launch ifile from springboard and not within safari it will not duplicate
