It shows up when you download something.

The icon is weirdly stretched however…

So it only appears when you're downloading something 🙁 Hopefully they'll allow us to add it back using the customisation toolbar

Oh, thats awkward😛, maybe I added it a while ago and just forgot

I think it stays up until you hit clear or something. I've always had mine up and I never added it with customize toolbar. I just now hit the "clear all" button and poof it went. Might be because I just go to the Downloads folder to get at the downloads, not though the drop down.
