jbrown macrumors 6502a Original poster Sep 14, 2008 #1 Suddenly, when I try to pay for an Ebay purchase with Paypal, it says that Safari 3.0 is not supported. What gives - my system is up to date etc etc. I can log into Paypal directly with no problems.

Click to expand... use firefox, it's a known problem area, some people experience a lot of problems, ive had a few, i find FF a lot better for eBay & PP 😉

Yep, me too. I used to have a few problems with ebay and Safari but it refuses the checkout process 😡 Maybe I'll have to move to Firefox. I've been putting it off for months, I'm just too lazy!

It's only happened to me in the last few days. It seems ebay have decided not to support Safari..
