Safari extension to block a script

I want a Safari extension (content blocker, whatever) that will block the "SmoothScroll.js" script on any site.

Here is an example: http://www.startrek.com/article/for...-an-interview-with-ds9undefineds-james-darren

Any webmaster that uses this god-awful script should be strung up and publically executed.

The best blocker that I know of is "uMatrix" but it's not available for Safari. However, it's close relative "uBlock Origin" is available on Safari and likely blocks that script with it's defaults. If not, you can add it to your custom filters.
