I'm running MacOS 27 public beta 2 and I've noticed an issue that when I close and reopen Safari (after a restart or even without a restart) I lose all the favicon in my open tabs. Some times one or two might be there but my 16 open tabs keep have to be clicked one at a time to regenerate/reload. Not sure if this is wide spread or I should look to flush the cache of them to rebuild the cache.

Yeah I am not sure why Safari does that. But it's not just on GG. This behaviour has been around for awhile.

If I quit Safari and reopen it, the "Start" page which has all the Faves, Tracking stats and Reading List always needs to repopulate the favicon for all favourites.

I could see if I am deleting all the website data and cookies that it would need to fetch them again.

🤷‍♂️
