There is no Flash on iPhones or iPods. This is mainly due to performance problems. There is no solution.

Not compatible because it would probably drain the battery super fast. Most likely won't work in the future.

Solution: Most popular websites make App versions of their site. I'd rather be able to visit their site but for now, you can just find an App for those sites.
