[Safari] Folders in quick access bookmarks menu

Okay, so previously I had folders in bookmarks bar.
The new bookmarks menu, which is supposed to replace the bookmarks bar, doesn't display any folders, so that becomes a problem sort of. Hopefully it will get addressed in the latter test builds. 😉

Yeah, that's a feature I would miss because I have lots of folders in my bookmarks bar.
