Safari freezing.. sorta(Flash error message)

Its Happened twice in the past week, A message will pop up saying that Flash has crashed and once you click "ok" Safari freezes. I can activate the window, I get the error noise. I have to force close safari and I lose all my tabs and windows. I feel that this is a fake message, such as a scam or something... It just doesn't seem legit.

Im almost ready to switch to FireFox 4 because Safari never loads Facebook right.

What do you think I should do?
Has this happened to anyone else?
