Safari Graphic Equalizer?

I listen to mostly instrumental music on iTunes and find its equalizer essential. However, when listening to music from other sources such as Google Music via Safari the iTunes equalizer obviously has no effect. Is there a way to manually adjust the frequencies coming from Safari in a way similar to the iTunes equalizer?
