I deleted Safari 5 I think, using AppZapper because it was wasting space, now I want it back again but everytime I download it, it says that it's already installed on my HD but it's not, any ideas?

If you search for Safari in the Finder, does it show up?

No, only the install dmg's and 4 files that say, "Send image on current Safari Web." :(

    You're on Leopard, correct?

And this is what you've downloaded, the full Safari installation, direct from Apple, and it's telling you Safari is already installed?

Just making clear we're all on the same page.

Apple link for Safari 5: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1422

If you have Time Machine you could just grab it from a backup.

    or

Article on how to reinstall Safari using a Leopard disc or to get it from another Mac if you have access to one:
