Safari Help: http://0.r.bat.bing.com

Hi,

I was just typing a URL into safari and accidentally hit the 0 instead of 9. I visit the site often so often just type the 9 and it pre loads. The 0 seems to come up with : http://0.r.bat.bing.com as a top hit and I accidentally hit enter. The page was blank so I quit out quickly.

I can't find much info online, I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on what it is and if I need to do anything if its malware or spyware?

I really appreciate any info!.
